Product Description
Drop in anchor bolts is also known as implosion, which a small steel columns inside it, female cap thread in the end, screwed into the drilled hole in the wall, the small steel columns are constantly squeezed, the head burst open to generated frictional force with wall, fix into the wall solidly. The materials are stainless steel, carbon steel and other metal materials. Application for fixing concrete, natural solid stones.
To install the drop in expansion anchor bolts, can be divided in five steps. Drill a hole and clean out hole of all debris, use setting tool and hammer to drive plugin. Anchor ia set with bolt. These anchors can be used when working with hangers, handrail, machinery, shelving and light fixtures. They are best suited for light to heavy duty fastening purposes. Drop in anchor bolts are available in M6-M20 and are available in steel zinc plated, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 to meet different construction requirements.
The test values were obtained using 200-250kgs/cm² concrete, a safe woring load should not exceed 25% of stated values.
